Ufa blogger Rustam Nabiev announced his participation in CrossFit Open

Popular Ufa blogger Rustam Nabiev applied to participate in the international sports competition CrossFit Open-2021. A resident of the capital of Bashkiria with a million followers on Instagram has already begun training on an individual program.

“So far, I am only one from Russia. We will train according to an individual program for people with disabilities,” Rustam Nabiev told his followers.

The CrossFit Open competition starts on November 3. Registration and preparation of participants from all over the world are underway.

Earlier Rustam Nabiev climbed on his arms to the highest point of Russia - Mount Elbrus. This achievement of the Ufa resident was also noted by the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov.
