Ufa native Semen Elistratov has not yet decided to participate in Russian Short Track Championship

The Ufa sportsman Semen Elistratov returned from Dordrecht, where the World Short Track Speed Skating Championship was held, with two bronze and silver medals. The Russian skater admitted that his goal was the gold medal.

“Maybe this is a bad trait, but I scold myself more often than praise and understand that there is much tough work ahead. There were no athletes from China, from Korea, but these are the main competitors,” Elistratov told RIA Novosti.

The Russian Championship is scheduled for next week. Semen Elistratov has not yet decided to participate in it.

“In any case, I do not think there will be any big rest this year because very little time is left before the Olympic Games,” the athlete said.
