FC Ufa took defender Moritz Bauer on-loan from English Stoke City

The Austrian-Swiss defender Moritz Bauer has joined the Ufa football club. The Bashkir team took the player on-loan from the English Stoke City. The defender also spent last season on-loan at Celtic Scottish, making two assists in nine Scottish league games. He played five games at the club level this season and scored three goals.

At the moment [since 2018 - approx. Ed.] Bauer has a five-year contract with the Stoke City club.

He was born on January 25, 1992, in Switzerland. A trainee of the Swiss Grasshopper, for which he played over 100 matches. Bauer already has experience of playing in Russia - in the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons, he played for Rubin Kazan. He played 37 matches and made 4 assists in the Russian championship.
