Salavat Yulaev lost to Kunlun Red Star

Ice hockey club Salavat Yulaev on a visit lost to Beijing Kunlun (3:5) in the regular championship match of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

Dmitry Kugryshev, Danil Bashkirov, and Teemu Hartikainen scored goals as part of the Salavat Yulaev team. Hartikainen has broken the club record for the most points scored in the KHL (339).

This defeat was the third in a row for Salavat Yulaev. Kunlun Red Star, in turn, ended an unsuccessful streak of six losses.

In the next match, on October 17, Ufa will play an away match with Avangard Omsk.
