Salavat Yulaev beat Sibir in shootout

Despite the strengthening by Solodukhin and Kartaev, the Ufa team failed to please its fans with goals in the first period of the match against Sibir. Immediately after that, the referees recorded the first foul by the guests, which the green squad failed to capitalize on.

In the final segment of the playing time, the Ufa team again won the powerplay, but one more or less team-working line was not enough for success. Nevertheless, Ilya Baranov's double gave Ufa-Arena hope for winning the game - 3: 3.

Salavat Yulaev was short-handed in 2.45 minutes before the final siren, while Sibir took a time-out. The match turned into overtime, but there was no winner either.

The Ufa team was luckier in the shootout - 4: 3.
