HC Salavat Yulaev exchanged rights of Sergeyev for two young CSKA players

Ufa “Salavat Yulaev” exchanged the rights of Artyom Sergeyev defender in the KHL for two promising players of Moscow CSKA. The hockey player himself is going to join the NHL in the upcoming season.

“Defender Igor Myasishchev and forward Alexander Cherny entered the Ufa club, and the army team acquired rights of Artyom Sergeyev,” the Salavat Yulaev press service reported.

According to the sports director of HC Salavat Yulaev Vasily Chizhov, one of the reasons for the exchange was the KHL salary cap.

Game career: “Krasnaya Armiya” (2014-2018), “Zvezda” (2015-2020), CSKA (2015-2018).

Achievements: winner of the Kharlamov Cup (2016/17), winner of the regular SHL championship (2019/20).

Alexander Cherny

Born 01.04.2001 in Moscow

Height - 180, weight - 75. Shoots right.

Game career: “Krasnaya Armiya” (2017-2020).
