Jeff Monson shared his winning approach with schoolchildren in Bashkiria

Jeff Monson, sports and political figure in Russia, conducted an online lesson for schoolchildren in Bashkiria. The famous fighter had a dialogue with the younger, middle, and senior pupils and shared his story of victory over himself with the younger generation.

According to Monson, he did not boast and talked about how he changed the profession of a child psychologist to a wrestler. He asked the youth not to dwell on epidemics and spend this time thinking.

“This is a time to think about what to do later, what inspires you, and how to infect others with it, like with a virus, but in a good way,” said Jeff Monson.
