Two Ufa draught players climbed podium of Xintai Cup International Tournament

On December 21, the traditional international Xintai Cup tournament ended in China with the grand success of Bashkortostan drafts players. Two Ufa draught players took the prize podium among women. In the first place, the current champion Tamara Tansykkuzhina, in the third - Alia Aminova. They had 12 points in 9 games. Four of our athletes scored one point less: Elena Milshina (Ishimbay) - in the end she was 5th - and Ufa native Aigul Idrisova - she was 6th, Aigiza Mukhametyanova - 9th, Kristina Osipova - 10th. Agatha Parakhina, world champion in blitz, became 15th.

Among the men, the third was the 19-year-old Ufa resident Marcel Sharafutdinov. The fourth Ainur Shaibakov from Ufa, the seventh Murodullo Amrillaev from Sterlitamak - both international grandmasters, the eighth was the 16-year-old master of sports Daniil Ilyin, the tenth - another master of sports Anatoly Tatarenko. All of them had 12 points, like the second prize winner - Alexei Chizhov from Izhevsk and a one-point gap behind the winner - Alexander Getmansky from Tula. The Ufa schoolboy Tamerlan Akhmerov had 11 points and 11th place.

Among girls under 14 years old, the second place went to a schoolgirl from Ufa, Rufina Tavlykaeva.
