Vadim Salimkhanov from Dyurtyuli won jockeys championship in Italy

The Championship of the Equestrian Union of the countries of the Mediterranean and Black Seas ended in Italy. It took place at the racetrack del Mediterraneo in the Sicilian city of Syracuse. The Bashkir jockey, a trainee of the Argymak school in Dyurtyuli, Vadim Salimkhanov, became the winner of these international competitions as part of the Russian team.

The jockey championship consisted of four races, in which Vadim won at a home event, took fourth place in Tunisia and showed the best result in Casablanca. In the final round in the Italian city of Syracuse, Vadim Salimkhanov brought the Russian team to the first place.

The championship was attended by representatives of 12 countries: France, Italy, Malta, Libya, Morocco, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Tunisia, Ukraine, and Russia.
