The driver of Toro Rosso, a native of Ufa, Daniil Kvyat, received a penalty for a collision with Nico Hulkenberg at the last lap of the Mexican Grand Prix Formula 1, RBC reports. Reportedly, “the race attendants found the Russian pilot guilty of an accident in the last turn of the route and fined him for 10 seconds. As a result of the penalty, Kvyat moved in the final protocol from ninth to 11th place, and the pilot of Mercedes Lewis Hamilton became the winner of the Mexican Grand Prix”.
