Start of new volleyball center construction in Ufa is scheduled for January

One of the best volleyball arenas in Russia will be built in the capital of Bashkiria in January 2020. According to the heads of the Ural volleyball club Ildar Gazizullin, with the great support of our republic, with the initiative and support of Valery Bagmetov, the design work was almost completed.

“Everything is ready for delivery to a technical examination. By January, we expect to reach the construction site stage when we get all the permits and documents. The arena is really magnificent, there will be two halls: the main - for five thousand seats, the second - for 500 spectators. Plus, the boarding school will have its hall for educating young people”, said Gazizullin at a press conference at the Bashinform News Agency.

It is planned to complete the work in 2022 when Ufa will host the Russian stage of the World Volleyball Championship.

Earlier, the Bashinform Agency reported on what the future volleyball center will be, which will be located in Kalinin Park opposite the City Palace of Culture.
