Ural Volleyball Club will go to training camp abroad for first time in several years

The Ufa Volleyball Club "Ural" started training. At the moment the players of Konstantin Sidenko are preparing for the upcoming championship of Russia among men's teams without goals. Tomorrow, August 15, for the first time in several years, they will go to the training camp in Poland. Volleyball players will spend two weeks there, from which they will depart to the international friendly tournament - Platonov Memorial in St. Petersburg. It will also feature two Zenit clubs from Kazan and the northern capital, Belogorye, the Finnish Isku Volley, and others.

As it became known to Bashinform News Agency, the VC Ural is currently negotiating with two foreign players. According to preliminary data, these will be players from Serbia and Bulgaria. Also this year, the structure of the Ufa club was replenished by the wing-spiker Viktor Pivovarov, European champion among youth teams. Last season, he played for the club "Golden Eagles of the Urals".
