53rd International Children's Games volunteers will start training in Ufa

On Friday, March 15, training of volunteers of the International Children's Games-2019 will begin at Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla (building number 2).

As part of the training, a meeting of volunteers will be held, at which the main speaker will be the Secretary-General of the International Children's Games Committee Richard Smith, the Ufa Youth Employment Center reports.

Registration of participants will begin at 14.30, the start of training - at 15.00.

The volunteers will be recruited by four areas: “General Volunteers”, “Specialist Volunteers”, “Sports Volunteers”, and “City Volunteers”.

The capital of Bashkortostan will host the 53rd Summer International Children's Games from July 9 to July 14, 2019. Athletes 12-15 years old will compete in nine sports: athletics, football, swimming, fencing, beach volleyball, basketball, judo, rock climbing, and Greco-Roman wrestling - the last two disciplines are included in the ICG program for the first time.
