Jeff Monson, the world champion in jiu-jitsu and MMA, deputy of the city council of Krasnogorsk will pay an official visit to the capital of Bashkiria on December 1. Before the championship of Bashkiria (December 8-9), the athlete and politician will talk to the press, hold a master class and an autograph session for the trainees of the republican Ju-Jitsu Federation.

“Jeffrey Monson also plans to meet with young politicians at the Russian Politics School RB, visit the historical park “Russia is My History” and a match of HC Salavat Yulaev (Ufa), as well as to have a meeting with representatives of the public”, the Ministry of Sports RB specified.

Jeffrey Monson is a Russian politician, sportsman. He is a deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Krasnogorsk city since September 9, 2018. Jeffrey Monson competes in mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Monson is the two-time winner of the ADCC Submission Wrestling World Championship and World Champion in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He trains in the American Top Team. Monson received the Russian citizenship in December 2015.
