Russia will meet with Croatia in quarterfinals of World Cup - 2018

An opponent of the Russian national team in the quarterfinal of the World Cup 2018 was determined after the 1/8 finals match in Nizhny Novgorod. On Saturday, July 7, the host team will meet with Croatia at the Sochi stadium "Fisht".

Recall that on July 1 Stanislav Cherchesov’s players after 90 minutes of regular time and two extra halves beat the Spanish team in the penalty shootout (1: 1, 4: 3 penalty) in Moscow.

The Croatians met with the Danes and also won in a shootout series (1: 1, 3: 2).

The Russia-Croatia quarterfinal match will start on July 7 at 23.00, Ufa time.
