FC Ufa received more than 36 million rubles for Semak quitting

UFA, 31 May 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. After a termination of the contract with Sergei Semak, the football club Ufa received a cash compensation of 500 thousand euros (more than 36 million rubles).

According to the publication sport24.ru with reference to its own source, the former head coach of the Bashkir team could pay off the FC Ufa independently, and then compensate this amount at the expense of the new employer - the St. Petersburg Zenit.

Recall that on May 29, FC Ufa, by mutual consent of the parties, terminated the employment contract with the head coach Sergei Semak. Later, it became known that the specialist signed a contract with Zenit with 2 + 1 option (two years with a possibility of extending for a year).
