Daniele Bagnoli extended contract with Ural

UFA, 2 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Alfiya Agliullina/. An Italian coach Daniele Bagnoli will continue his works as a coach of the "Ural" volleyball club. The 64-year-old specialist signed up a new contract with the Ufa club until the end of the next season.

Bagnoli started working with the VC Ural in the summer of 2017, having signed a contract for a period of one year. In the past season, the team under his leadership took the ninth place.

From 2007 to 2009, Bagnoli coached the Dynamo (Moscow). The team under his leadership became the champion of the country (2008), and also won the Cup (2008) and the Super Cup of Russia (2008). From 2009 to 2010, Bagnoli headed the Russian national team. The national team then won silver and bronze of the World League, became the fourth at the European Championship-2009, and the fifth at the World Cup 2010.

Prior to the VC Ural, the Italian worked as the head coach of VC Latina.
