Ufa biathlete Anton Babikov will compete at World Cup in Holmenkollen

UFA, 13 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/. On March 15, a World Biathlon Cup starts in the Norwegian city of Holmenkollen. The Ufa biathlete Anton Babikov will compete there as part of the Russian national team.

According to the press service of the republican Ministry of Youth Policy and Sport, last weekend in Finland Babikov took the 51st place in sprint and was the 23rd in mass start at the next stage of the World Cup.

Anton Shipulin, Maxim Tsvetkov, Dmitry Malyshko, Yevgeny Garanichev and Matvei Eliseev will compete for Russia together with Anton Babikov. Women's biathlon of Russia will be represented by Ekaterina Yurlova-Perkht, Daria Virolainen, Ulyana Kaisheva, Svetlana Mironova and Victoria Slivko.
