Short track skater from Bashkiria Semen Elistratov: "I came to Olympic Games to show good result"

UFA, 7 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Olympic short track champion Semen Elistratov stated that he came to the Olympics to show good result and tried to focus on this. The Bashkir athlete is the leader of the Russian team's national team, RIA Novosti reports.

"I came here to show good result and try to think only about this. We'll see whether I succeed or not, but now I will focus on this only. I feel fine in Gangneung. In comparison with the test competitions, one major change is marked here - it became much cleaner on the rink. There was a building dust before, which even accumulated on skates. Now the ice rink is cleaner, it's easier to breathe", Semen Elistratov told a RIA Novosti reporter.

The short track competitions at the 2018 Olympics in South Korean Pyeongchang start on February 10.
