HC Salavat Yulaev loses second away match

UFA, 21 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/. Salavat Yulaev is pursued by a curse of disallowed goal. In the away game against the Sochi hockey club everything was decided during an "off-side", which occurred in the first period. The Salavat Yulaev players failed to dictate much of the play during the second period. But Sochi players twice scored the goal into Ben Scrivens’ net. Jyrki Jokipakka was the first to score; his success was repeated by Pavel Padakin.

In the third period Artem Fedorov and Enver Lisin managed to outsmart Sochi goalkeeper Konstantin Barulin and found a loophole - 2: 1. Toward the end of the meeting, guests from the capital of Bashkiria tried to equalize, replacing the goalkeeper by the sixth player. But it didn’t work out that way.

Erkki Westerlund players will go to Novosibirsk without points. The next meeting will be held on Saturday, December 23.
