Salavat Yulaev hockey players at Channel One Cup: Scrivens won, Kemppainen scored, but lost

UFA, 14 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/. In Moscow and Prague matches started for the Channel One Cup. Four players of HC Salavat Yulaev take part in this hockey Euro Tour.

The Canadian team, whose gates were defended by the Ufa goalkeeper Ben Sсrivens, defeated South Korea - 4: 2. The goalkeeper saved 12 shots from 14.

In Prague, the Czech national team hosted the Finnish team. The latter on the ice was represented by the Salavat Yulaev player Teemu Hartikainen and Joonas Kemppainen. Kemppainen scored a puck into the net of the home team, but the victory remained for the Czechs - 2: 3 in overtime.

On Thursday, December 14, the Russian team under the leadership of Oleg Znarok will meet with the Swedes, among which Linus Omark will play. The beginning of the match is at 21.30 Ufa time.
