Salavat Yulaev suffers third consecutive defeat

UFA, 16 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/. A match between HC Salavat Yulaev and CSKA Moscow was awaited by both the capital's and Ufa's fans. The main intrigue of the evening was whether Kirill Kaprizov would manage to score his former team. Already in the third minute of the meeting CSKA took the lead, however guests from the capital of Bashkiria had a defensive position. This was also confirmed by the statistics of the shots on net: Muscovites had three times more shots than the Ufa team. In the first period, there were no goals. CSKA changed the situation at the beginning of the second period. Andrei Kuzmenko scored a goal in the net of Andrei Kareev.

Closer to the middle of the match, Salavat Yulaev earned a double power play, but could not manage to seize the moment. Teams went to the second break with the score - 1: 0.

In the third lag of the playing time, the Moscow club doubled its advantage - Andrei Kuzmenko scored his second goal. Toward the end of the meeting CSKA created the third scoring moment, which was realized by Andrei Svetlakov - 3: 0.

HC Salavat Yulaev suffers a third defeat in a row. The next game Ufa ice squad will hold against Lokomotiv (Yaroslavl).
