Bashkir hockey trainee Andrei Vasilevsky repeated Tampa’s record among goalkeepers

The last NHL match between HC Tampa Bay and HC Detroit was successful for the first team, where Andrei Vasilevsky, the trainee of Bashkir hockey plays. Judging by the statistics, the 23-year-old goalkeeper saved 29 shots from 31 and helped Tampa win, having interrupted a series of three defeats.
As reported by sports.ru, Andrei Vasilevsky was recognized as the "third star" of the meeting. This is the eighth victory of the goalkeeper and a repeat of the Tampa’s record among the defenders of the net. Previously, this bar was set by the Stanley Cup 2004 holder, Honored Master of Sports of Russia Nikolai Khabibullin.
