Modern hotel and entertainment complex will be built in Mratkino Ski Center

In the next two years, a modern hotel and entertainment complex will be built in Mratkino Ski Center in the Beloretsk region of the republic. The investment agreement on this was signed this spring in Sochi. The project of planning the hotels infrastructure is approved.

"New hotels are pressing and popular topic. Annually in the winter season more than 50 thousand people come to the Mratkino Ski Center, however, the available accommodation capacities are not enough for a comfortable stay of tourists. We are trying to solve all these issues. We expect that our ski center will operate year-round. Over the past three years, more than 700 million rubles have been invested in sports facilities and infrastructure in Mratkino, thanks to which we now have the opportunity to hold competitions at the all-Russian level. In particular, this year the competitions for the Cup of the country were held here", said Vladislav Mironov, the head of the Beloretsk district administration. "We hope that the new infrastructure will suit all categories of tourists - both professional skiers and those who come just to ski and admire nature."

Getting to the ski center also became more comfortable. The road has been thoroughly renovated there. The cost of works to renovate the road from the "Metallurg" stadium to the Mratkino Ski Center was just over 25 million rubles, which were allocated from the local budget. The length of the road is about 3 km. Now work is underway to build a new parking lot there.

At present, there are eight pistes in the Mratkino Ski Center with a total length of just over 8 km. The longest is 1.5 km. Currently, it is necessary to build another bar lift on the southern slope of the route. Works to improve the Mratkino infrastructure will be continued.
