Ufa native Adelina Ibatullina - world champion in modern pentathlon in Czech Republic

UFA, 24 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. In Prague (Czech Republic) the U19 world championship on modern pentathlon has come to the end. The trainee of the Bashkir sport - Adelina Ibatullina competed as part of the Russian national team.

As a result of the competition, she became the world champion among cadets "A". Adelina finished first, for eight seconds ahead of the Italian Helen Micheli, and for 23 seconds - a participant of the Olympics 2016, Egyptian Heidi Morsi.

In the team championship the team of Russia including Adelina Ibatullina, Victoria Novikova and Alena Avdeeva took the second place. The first place went to representatives of Italy, and the third – to Mexicans, the press service of the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports RB informs.
