World Hockey Cup 2017: victorious series of Russia

UFA, 12 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. The Russian national hockey team won another victory at the 2017 World Cup in Germany and France. The modest team of Denmark was beaten - 3: 0 in the group stage.

All three washers were scored by Russians for a minute or so in the end of the second period.

The gate of the Russian team was defended by the Ufa trainee Andrei Vasilevsky, and this time he managed to keep a clean sheet.

The Russian team will hold the next match against the Slovak national team on May 13.

The Washington forward Alexander Ovechkin refused from participation in the championship because of his injury, but his teammates Eugene Kuznetsov and Dmitry Orlov agreed to help the Russian team.
