Street will be named in honour of "golden coach" Sergey Mikhalev in Ufa

UFA, 16 February 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Alim Faizov/. In Ufa in honour of Sergey Mikhalev, the "golden coach" of the Hockey Club Salavat Yulaev a street will be named. This initiative was put forward by fans of the hockey club in the official group of the Kirov district of Ufa, RBC-Ufa reports.

Leaders of the Ufa City Council stated that there was no reason to dismiss the initiative.

"The club supports the initiative, Sergey Mikhalev is a legendary figure and he deserved this honour. It is symbolic that the street is close to Salavat Yulaev Avenue. In the near future, we will work out a series of measures to support and promote this initiative", the expert on work with fans of HC Salavat Yulaev Emil Nafikov shared with RBC-Ufa.
