In Bashkortostan, submission of applications for jurors has been simplified
The republic's government has updated the procedure for compiling jury service candidate lists. The Republic of Bashkortostan's legal information portal has published a resolution detailing these changes.
The primary change is the digitalization of the process. Applications may now be submitted electronically, provided the necessary technical infrastructure is in place and a qualified electronic signature is used.
Furthermore, notifications about inclusion in the candidate lists will now be published not only in the media but also on the official websites of municipal administrations.
