Extreme fire danger declared in Bashkiria
The Ministry of Emergency Situations for Bashkiria has declared an extreme fire hazard for November 2 in certain southeastern (Trans-Ural) and western districts of the republic. Residents are advised to limit trips into nature and use extreme caution around fire. Do not light campfires in forests, on peatlands, in young coniferous stands, in areas previously damaged by fire, in damaged forest tracts, at logging sites, or beneath tree canopies. Do not discard lit matches or cigarette butts in unauthorized areas.
