In Bashkortostan, all municipalities have received certificates of readiness for winter
Irina Golovanova, Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Bashkiria, reported during a government operational meeting at the Center for Management of the Republic (TsUR) that lagging municipalities have addressed the issues raised by Rostekhnadzor and secured their certificates of readiness for the heating season. As Bashinform previously reported, seven municipalities initially lacked the necessary documentation.
"The issues have been fully addressed and resolved. As a result, all municipalities in the republic have now obtained their certificates of readiness for the heating season—a 100% success rate," the minister noted.
