In Zaufimye, on the eve of Republic Day, work began on the largest utility infrastructure project. Artem Kovshov, head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Bashkortostan, announced this.
For the new agglomeration, it is planned to lay about 100 kilometers of utility networks. 15 key utility infrastructure facilities will also be built, Kovshov noted.
"This project is intended to become the foundation for the comprehensive development of the Zaufimye direction. Total investment in the district's utility infrastructure is 13.5 billion rubles. The utility base is being built for the future and will provide a reliable resource for 1.31 million people. The infrastructure will allow for the commissioning of more than 1.3 million square meters of new housing by 2042 in the area of the Eastern Exit, Shaksha, Nagayevo, Yelkibayevo, Fedorovka, Samokhvalovka, and Karpovo," the official wrote.
Construction and installation work will begin in the first quarter of 2027. The complex is planned to be completed by 2030.
