Under the winter schedule, minors cannot be out without a parent or legal representative from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Starting today, the winter curfew regime for minors takes effect in the Republic of Bashkortostan. This means that children cannot be out without the accompaniment of parents or legal representatives from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
The ban applies to streets, stadiums, squares, playgrounds and sports grounds, beaches, public gardens, courtyards and common areas in apartment buildings, public transport, territories and premises of railway stations, river ports, airports, and internet cafes.
If police officers detain a minor, their parents or persons replacing them will be held administratively liable. Officials will draw up an administrative protocol for the parent or legal representative, which will be sent to the commission on juvenile affairs and the protection of their rights at the place of residence for consideration.
