Residents of apartment buildings that have switched to direct contracts with BashRTS LLC in cities where the company operates will receive their first heating bills as early as early October, regardless of the heating season start date.
This will affect 1,462 buildings without commissioned common house heat energy metering devices, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan reports.
In buildings not equipped with a common house heat energy metering device, the heating fee is calculated according to the consumption standard (in equal shares) over eight months from September to April. The government of the Republic of Bashkortostan made this decision. In buildings with a common heat meter, the fee is based on actual heat consumption.
