The acting mayor of the capital, Rustam Sharipov, signed the decree.
Christmas trees, skating rinks, and ice towns must appear in the city districts by December 10. Winter slides will be organized by December 20.
Locations for the "green beauties" and towns will be determined by November 14; the decoration concept will also be chosen by then.
In addition, on the eve of the January holidays, Father Frost's residence will traditionally open in Ufa.
