Trade and office building will appear in Ufa's Fyodorovka
An object about 10.36 hectares in area is planned to be built between Rassvetnaya, Galechnaya, Spetsialistov, and a new street they only want to build. The acting mayor of Bashkiria's capital, Rustam Sharipov, signed the resolution. According to the official document, Elmira Vakhitov initiated the construction. He will finance the works from his own funds. A trade and office building is planned to be placed on the plot, as well as roads and communications.
First, specialists will study the territory: they will check the soil, groundwater, and ecology. Then they will prepare a development plan and plot breakdown. The prepared documents must be submitted to the city architecture department within 1.5 years. If this is not done, the decision will cease to be valid.
