Forest fire covering 11 hectares has been extinguished in Bashkiria
The Ministry of Forestry of Bashkiria reported extinguishing another major fire in the Uchalinsky District.
At the time of detection, the area of the forest fire in the Iltibanovsky forestry unit of the Uchalinsky forestry (quarter 157, plot 3) was 3 hectares. By the time it was extinguished, it reached 10.7 hectares.
"Settlements and economic facilities were not damaged," the republic's Ministry of Forestry noted, adding that the situation in the forests of Bashkortostan remains tense.
Four forest fires remain unextinguished.
