In Bashkiria, loan was illegally taken out in name of mother of four
The Mishkinsky District Prosecutor's Office inspected a resident, a mother of many children, who filed a complaint about fraudulent activity.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bashkortostan, in December 2025, unidentified individuals used the personal data of a 37-year-old woman raising four children to take out a loan agreement with a microfinance organization for 10,000 rubles.
Later, the perpetrators stole the money, and the applicant became obligated to repay the debt. The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the court to have this agreement declared invalid. The court granted the prosecutor's demands in full. The oversight agency supervises the execution of the court's decision. In addition, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "fraud."
