In Ufa, number of school students has become known
On September 1, more than 140 thousand students began classes in Ufa's general education institutions, including 12 thousand first-graders, the city administration reports. The capital of the republic welcomes the new academic year with renewed vigor, with educational infrastructure development continuing in the city.
In the Zaton-Vostochny microdistrict, Education Center No. 163 opened, designed for 1,225 places. In Glumilino, a new building of school No. 88 began operating – it also accommodates 1,225 students. In the near future, schools in the Yarkiy microdistrict and on Milovskaya Street are set to be commissioned. In addition, 16 schools in Ufa underwent major renovations as part of the "Youth and Children" national project.
