Residents of Bashkiria warned about frosts down to -3°
The Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Bashkortostan warned residents that extreme fire danger and night frosts down to -3° are expected on August 31.
According to forecasters, the republic will see variable cloudiness on August 31, with no significant precipitation. Winds will be northwesterly to westerly at 2-7 m/s at night and 5-10 m/s during the day, with gusts up to 14 m/s in some areas.
Air temperature at night will be +1,+6°, with local frosts in the air and on the soil surface of 0, -3°, and +14,+19° during the day.
Mist with visibility of 1-2 km is forecast at night and in the morning on certain road sections.
Variable cloudiness is expected in Ufa—no significant precipitation. Winds will be northwesterly to westerly at 2-7 m/s at night and 5-10 m/s during the day. Nighttime air temperatures will be +3,+5°, and daytime temperatures +16, +18 °.
