Ufa must be ready for the heating season by September 15, the city administration reports.
Work on hydropneumatic flushing and hydraulic testing of internal engineering networks is now complete. A total of 168 hydraulic testing certificates remain to be obtained.
Management organizations are eliminating identified deficiencies that do not affect hydraulics and the processing of documentation. The main reasons for the lack of certificates as of today are the flushing of the flow parts of flow meters in houses where there were deficiencies in the past heating period, and the coordination of hydraulic calculations with resource supply organizations.
To monitor and record the readiness of apartment buildings and management organizations, data is being entered into the AIIS "Eldis". This allows timely preparation of assessment certificates to ensure readiness and readiness passports for commission signing. Currently, 54,204 documents have been uploaded to AIIS "Eldis", which accounts for 81%.
