In Bashkiria, young man got behind wheel drunk again
The Belebey City Court has delivered a verdict against a 19-year-old resident. The young man was found guilty of driving a vehicle while intoxicated, despite having previously been punished for a similar offense.
As established by the court, in May 2026, the young man, who had been held administratively liable for drunk driving just two months earlier, got behind the wheel of his father's VAZ 21093 car again. Traffic police officers stopped the offender.
The defendant pleaded guilty. The court sentenced him to 200 hours of compulsory labor with a two-year deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles.
