
The Beloretsk interdistrict court handed down a verdict to the former director of one of the city's educational institutions. The court found the head guilty of abuse of office.
According to the joint press service of the courts of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the scheme operated for five years — from 2018 to 2023. The director issued fictitious orders to accrue bonuses for her subordinates. Then, through her deputy, she demanded the return of part of this money in cash. The deputy did not know about her supervisor's criminal intent and handed her the envelopes.
In this way, the woman collected more than 960 thousand rubles and spent them on personal needs.
The court sentenced the former head to four years of suspended imprisonment with a two-year probation period. In addition, she is prohibited from holding leadership positions in state and municipal schools and kindergartens for one year.
