In new school year, phones will be banned in schools in Bashkiria
From September 1, 2026, schoolchildren will be prohibited from using phones during lessons in all schools nationwide. TASS reports this, citing Education Minister Sergey Kravtsov. With the start of the new school year, an order signed on May 8 of the current year takes effect.
According to the document, students are not allowed to use gadgets during academic classes or while mastering general education programs. Exceptions apply in emergencies or when there is a threat to the life and health of students and school employees. Each school regulates gadget use during breaks separately.
