In Ufa, asphalting work has begun on Nechaeva Street in the private residential sector of the "Ikhlas" microdistrict in Zelenaya Roshcha. In the microdistrict, improvements to one street were completed earlier, and now a second is being repaired, the city administration reports.
The decision on the repair was made during a meeting with residents in October of last year. A follow-up meeting was held in May of this year to determine the scope of work. Given the local terrain's large elevation change, using crushed stone is impractical: during precipitation, it would slide downhill, returning the road to its original state. Asphalt pavement is the most reliable and comfortable option in such conditions.
According to the administration of the Kirovsky District of Ufa, there are plans to renovate one street in this microdistrict each year.
