School principal in Bashkiria fined for illegal rental of gym
Violations in the use of school property were identified in the Kugarchinsky District. As it became known, the principal of one of the schools rented out the gym for karate classes from November 2025 to May 2026 without the district administration's permission.
A prosecutor's inspection showed that the lease agreement with a third party was concluded illegally. The offender was issued a notice, and later fined 10,000 rubles under an article of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the RB for disposing of municipal property without the permission of the authorities.
Following the prosecutor's office's intervention, the lease agreement was terminated. Now the gym is once again being used for its intended purpose — for student activities.
