It has become known what Ufa residents complain about most often
The topic of urban improvement ranks first in terms of the number of comments.
From June 23 to 29, 1,088 complaints were received from Ufa residents on digital platforms. Such statistics were announced at today's operational meeting in the city administration by Deputy Mayor Dmitry Cherenkov.
He noted that the number of complaints decreased by 8% compared to the previous week. This time, the topic of urban improvement is in first place by number of comments (423 messages), in second place – road construction and repair (229 messages), and in third place – housing and utilities (155 messages).
The most appeals were processed in the Kirovsky district of Ufa – residents noted poor-quality asphalt restoration after the work of resource-supplying organizations.
