In Ufa, fees for housing under social tenancy agreements have been set
The new rates apply to residential premises under social tenancy agreements, tenancy agreements for specialized residential premises of the municipal housing stock, and tenancy agreements for residential premises in houses of the state, municipal, and public housing stock.
The corresponding resolution has been posted on the city administration's website.
According to the document, in apartment buildings of up to 6 floors (inclusive), the fee is set at 13.17 rubles per square meter of total premises area per month. In buildings with more than 6 floors, the fee will be 13.91 rubles per square meter of total premises area per month.
