In Tuymazy, court bailiffs brought a 52-year-old man to administrative responsibility for evading alimony payments for his minor children for years.
According to the republican bailiff service, the alimony debt during this time exceeded a six-figure sum. Enforcement proceedings were initiated against the man. During the inspection, it was revealed that he had no official source of income or registered property. To avoid payments, the debtor preferred to work for private employers, receiving his salary in cash. As a result, the entire financial burden of supporting and raising the children fell on the mother's shoulders.
As a coercive measure, the bailiffs froze his bank accounts. For systematic evasion of funds for the maintenance of children, an administrative report was drawn up against the man.
The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 13 days of administrative arrest. Now the debtor will have time to rethink his attitude toward parental responsibilities and pay off the accumulated debt.
