New police chief has been appointed in city in Bashkortostan
Personnel changes have taken place in the Russian Interior Ministry department for Neftekamsk.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General of the Internal Service Evgeny Poltavets, introduced Police Lieutenant Colonel Rustam Asanov, who has taken charge of the Russian Interior Ministry department for Neftekamsk. This was announced by the city's mayor, Eldar Validov.
Rustam Rashidovich is a native of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, where he also began his career. In 2021, he was promoted to Sterlitamak, where he became the chief of police in 2023, and will now lead the Neftekamsk department.
