New high-rise building with underground parking will be built in Ufa
A residential complex of 14-15 floors with an area of more than 15.6 thousand square meters will be built in the Sovetsky district of the capital. The development of planning and land surveying projects in the area of Lenin, Revolyutsionnaya, Karl Marx streets and the children's railway was approved by the acting mayor of Ufa, Rustam Sharipov.
There will be an underground parking lot in the new residential complex. A sports and recreation complex will also be built nearby.
